The Who played the Kinetic Playground in Chicago once again on Halloween night in 1969. As usual the set was 'Tommy'. Townshend dedicated the show to 'the man who taught me everything he knew about rock 'n' roll, Ray Davies'. The Kinks opened with their 'opera' Arthur.
